BRITISH Ambassador to Zambia Rebecca Terzeon says the constitutional amendment process must be backed by consultation and transparency. But Justice Minister Princess Kasune has insisted that government intends to make use of the recommendations from previous constitution review commissions rather than starting fresh widespread consultations.
