AFRICAN Organisation of English-speaking Supreme Audit Institutions (AFROSAI-E) Chief Executive Officer Meisie Nkau says Zambia ranks at the top of the list in terms of important regional sites. And the Office of the Auditor General says there is a need to build capacity among its auditors in data tools in order to enhance security in their operations.
