FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says government feels encouraged by Moody’s Ratings Agency’s assessment of the country from a negative to a positive outlook. He says this is due to government’s sustained, methodical actions towards economic transformation, adding that Zambia just needs to maintain its character as a top, attractive investment destination.
