SOCIALIST Party Central Committee member Paul Moonga has resigned from the party and joined the UPND, stating that he cannot remain in the opposition where they spend time arguing and talking nonsense. Moonga has also questioned why the Socialist Party joined the Tonse Alliance without consulting the central committee, adding that Fred M’membe thinks he is the most intelligent person in the world.
