MINISTRY of Health Permanent Secretary for administration Dr Sinyangwe says government was not directly contacted by RDAZ when it decided to withdraw its volunteer doctors from public hospitals. But RDAZ president Paul Chibwe says the association has been trying to engage government for a while to look into the plight of doctors without getting a response.
