NAMIBIA Revenue Agency Commissioner Sam Shivute has observed that the stoppage of trucks from moving after 22:00 hours in Zambia is affecting the 24-hour operations of Katima Mulilo Border Post. Shivute also says Namibians shall always be grateful to Zambia for its role in their country’s independence struggle.
