LOCAL Government Minister Gift Sialubalo has disclosed that government has suspended the issuance of Constituency Development Fund (CDF) loans for 2026 until those who have borrowed pay back. Vice President Mutale Nalumango had recommended the suspension of the CDF loan component in the National Assembly until borrowers repaid the money.
