THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has revealed that it has closed one of the two cases involving Solicitor General Marshal Muchende due to insufficient evidence. Meanwhile, the ACC says it is still investigating some ministers in the UPND administration but insists that it cannot name them at this stage or state the number of those under investigation. The Commission has further revealed that it had 1,405 active cases under investigation at the close of the second quarter.
