WHEN KCM Liquidator, Mr Milingo made an announcement about the departure of the company CEO and the appointment of new office bearers to act, for a minute we thought it was a big hoax. It was difficult to comprehend how a person as discredited as Milingo Lungu could be allowed to continue running KCM by this New Dawn government.
