WHENEVER President Hakainde Hichilema gets a chance to address government officials or to address the nation through the press, he talks about how bad things were under the Patriotic Front. He keeps saying the dirt and corrupt deals he has found in government is something that no Zambian would ever imagine. We understand his situation, but we also think his party needs to start working towards managing people’s expectations.
