SINCE the UPND won the 2021 general elections, law enforcement agencies have made a good number of arrests involving high profile figures who served in the previous government. Names like Given Lubinda (former Minister of Justice), Joe Malanji (former minister of Foreign Affairs), Bowman Lusambo (former minister of Lusaka Province) are facing corruption charges after they were found with property reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime.
