THERE is something to be said about what a nation can achieve when it channels resources toward attaining certain goals. This may come across as a motivational cliché but it is not. Recent events, particularly in the sports sector, are a testament to this statement because Zambia has been reaping reward after reward in various sporting disciplines. Just last weekend, Zambia was named the Best Sporting Country (Country of the Year) in southern Africa at the Regional Annual Sports Awards (RASA) ceremony held in Manzini, Eswatini.
