THE Socialist Party has accused President Hakainde Hichilema of appointing a member of the ruling party as Director General of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). The complaint is that Daphne Soko is not just a member of the UPND, but she was previously being considered for the ruling party’s Trustee position in the National Management Committee, the party’s policy making organ.
