SINCE the release of the promo for our scheduled investigative documentary dubbed “Chinese investment in Zambia “The good, the bad and the dangerous” our newspaper has been overwhelmed by attempts by some individuals and organisations to prevent this documentary from airing. Emissaries have been sent, offers have been pledged, all in attempts to buy us out of airing this documentary. Some people say they are concerned that our documentary will injure the good relations that Zambia has with China, some claim we have been paid and if they offer us more, we will walk away.
