PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu has urged the newly sworn in Police Public Complaints Commission chairperson Patrick Mutale to change the negative public perception towards the police service. And President Lungu has told the new Zambia Correctional Service Commission chairperson Brigadier General Dr Frida Kazembe (rtd) that he expects her commission to address staff welfare issues.
