THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) says the aircraft involved in the gold scandal has been released, following a consent judgement signed on April 10, 2024. And the National Prosecution Authority (NPA) has revealed that it recovered US$30,902,855, which is over K777 million, through non-conviction based forfeiture cases, during the last month. NPA adds that the State has recovered US$24 million from former Konkola Copper Mines provisional liquidator.
