GENERAL Education permanent secretary Henry Tukombe says government has not yet provided the promised free sanitary towels for girls in rural and peri-urban areas.

HUMAN Rights Commission information and education chief Mweelwa Muleya says the commission has instituted investigations into purported cases of sexual abuse at Kasama Girls Secondary School and Lilayi Police Training College.
