THE Public Accounts Committee (PAC) yesterday sent away a delegation from RTSA led by Ministry of Transport and Logistics permanent secretary Fredrick Mwalusaka after noting a discrepancy in the amount of under-collected revenue for road traffic collections by the agency. The amount for the agency was said to be over K18 million while the Auditor General’s report indicated that the under-collected funds were over K72.3 million. The committee also chased away the Lusaka Provincial administration led by the permanent secretary, Robert Kamalata for failing to explain how and why his office failed to insure loans worth K3 million, disbursed to 29 youth groups between August to December 2021.
