YOUTH, Sports and Arts Minister Elvis Nkandu says government has recovered about K36 million in loan repayments under the general youth empowerment programme. And Nkandu says successful applicants under the Internship, Apprenticeship, Volunteer and Graduate programme will start working in June 2023.
