CHISAMBA UPND member of parliament Chushi Kasanda says lawmakers are supposed to behave in an honourable way by virtue of them being called “honourables”, and not like drunk people. And Kasanda says opposition members of parliament have been disrespecting Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti simply because she is a woman. Meanwhile, Kasanda says former president Edgar Lungu should learn to leave the stage while people are still clapping.
