ENERGY Minister Makozo Chikote says Zesco has been finding it difficult to provide three hours of power supply to residential customers due to various power challenges and as such, its focus right now is keeping essential social services running. And Makozo notes that people are failing to plan because of how the energy crisis is being managed.
