HEALTH Minister Elijah Muchima has revealed that on the 17th of last month, a ZAMMSA truck containing medication destined for Kanyama was seen offloading kits into a GRZ land cruiser at an unauthorised destination. Muchima says he thought the changes made at ZAMMSA, including the board dissolution, would lead to some sanity, but that hasn’t been the case.
