THE Non-Governmental Gender Organizations Coordinating Council (NGOCC) has expressed happiness over the conviction and sentencing of former Zambia Army Officer Lieutenant Nigel Mwaba to life imprisonment for murdering his lover, Dr Tasila Tembo. On Wednesday, Lusaka High Court Judge Sharon Newa convicted and sentenced Mwaba to life imprisonment for murdering his lover, Dr Tembo.
