POLICE in Monze have detained a 32-year-old man for allegedly defiling his 14-year-old stepdaughter on two occasions. Southern Province Police Commanding Officer Moono Namalongo confirmed the detention, stating that the matter was reported to Monze Police Station on December 15 by the victim.
