AN 18-year-old male from Kanyama has appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court and pleaded not guilty to a charge of unnatural offences. In this matter, the juvenile is facing one count of unnatural offences contrary to Section 155(a) of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia. Particulars of the offence allege that the boy, on March 23, 2025, in Lusaka, had carnal knowledge of a 20-year-old man against the order of nature. It is alleged that the offence occurred at Kanyama Police Station, where the victim was in detention facing robbery allegations.
