CHAPTER One Foundation (COF) says the remarks by outgoing US Ambassador to Zambia Michael Gonzales call for deep reflection by all stakeholders involved in the well-being of Zambia. Recently, in his farewell message, Gonzales said the rhetoric of “no sacred cows” in the fight against corruption was “rubbish” when there were no cows except those deemed disloyal. The Ambassador said that despite raising concerns over corruption in the health sector last year, no meaningful action had been taken by government.
