GOVERNMENT says it will not appeal the South African Supreme Court of Appeal’s decision that overturned an order directing the repatriation of Edgar Lungu’s body for a state funeral. Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha says although government disagrees with the ruling, it now considers Lungu’s burial a private matter and says the family can bury him in South Africa.
