ZAMBIA’S Ambassador to the US Dr Chibamba Kanyama says the health MoU with the US proves the country can protect its national assets and citizen privacy while keeping its “vital” $1.5 billion healthcare partnership. Dr Kanyama says the country is shifting its 60-year relationship with the US away from traditional aid and dependency toward a commercially driven investment partnership.
