ENERGY Minister Peter Kapala says Zesco’s delay in connecting premises has been due to limited resources for the procurement of connection materials. Responding to questions in Parliament by Chienge Independent member of parliament Given Katuta on why some residents who paid for electricity connections in 2014 have not had power connected to their premises in her constituency and what caused the delay, Kapala said all 2014 applicants in Chienge District were on supply.
