MINISTER of Local Government and Rural Development Gary Nkombo says Lusaka City Council police, in conjunction with state police, has so far arrested two illegal alcohol traders at both NIPA and Evelyn Hone College entrances. And Nkombo has urged students to avoid alcohol if they can or visit well established recreation centres should they need to “cool off”.
