OIL Marketing Companies Association of Zambia president Dr Kafula Mubanga has commended government for inviting more bids for the usage of the TAZAMA Pipeline. On Thursday, the Ministry of Energy disclosed that it had extended to February 9, 2024, the closing date for submission of applications by Oil Marketing Companies interested in using the TAZAMA Pipeline. Ministry of Energy Head of Procurement Kenneth Mapani said the Ministry had noticed that the appetite to use the pipeline had increased hence the extension of the date.
