MINISTRY of Mines Safety Department Director Fred Banda says the uranium water contamination issue at Lumwana Mining Company is now a closed matter, as far as safety is concerned, because the mine has changed the source of water supply. Banda, however, says the Radiation Protection Authority is yet to avail the department test results for the samples collected from the mine.
