MINES and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe says Vedanta Resources Holdings Limited has released $245.75 million which will be paid to KCM’s contractors and suppliers. And Kabuswe says government now has 30 percent shares in Lubambe Mine, from the initial 20 percent.
