THE Zambia Statistics Agency (ZamStats) has disclosed that the annual inflation for September 2024 has increased to 15.6 percent from the 15.5 percent recorded in August 2024. ZamStats Statistician General Goodson Sinyenga has revealed that the country recorded a trade deficit of K0.6 billion in August 2024 compared to the surplus of K1.4 billion recorded in July 2024.
