THE Energy Regulation Board says the fuel shortages being experienced in various parts of the country are due to cross-border logistical challenges. In a statement, ERB Public Relations Manager Namukolo Kasumpa said persistent congestion at the port of Beira was likely to worsen the situation, as the Mozambique government had declared October 9, 2024, a public holiday.
