THE Energy Regulation Board (ERB) has approved 43 licence applications and six construction permits representing a total investment commitment of K3.9 billion across the petroleum, electricity and renewable energy sub-sectors. ERB Public Relations Manager Namukolo Kasumpa says the 43 licences approved span a range of energy-related activities, including the distribution, import and export of petroleum products.
