THE Petroleum Transporters Association of Zambia (TPAZ) has lamented that the transportation of fuel through the TAZAMA pipeline has negatively impacted their business. In an interview, Tuesday, TPAZ Secretary General Benson Tembo said when the initiative began, transporters had expected locals to be favoured by being given tenders to transport the commodity from Ndola, which had not happened.
