LUSAKA resident Joseph Busenga has petitioned the Constitutional Court seeking a declaration that section 97(2)(a) of the Electoral process act be removed from the statute books as it promotes, aids and abets corrupt practices and all manner of misconduct during elections. Busenga has cited the Attorney General as the respondent in the matter.
