FORMER Chilanga UPND member of parliament Keith Mukata’s wife, Marricoh Roisin Hoare, has pleaded not guilty to four charges of theft of a motor vehicle, theft by director, forgery and uttering a false document. In count one, Hoare, 41, a businesswoman of Lusaka’s Chelstone area, is alleged to have on January 29, 2021, stolen a motor vehicle namely a Toyota Hiace, registration number ALZ 8333, valued at K100,000, property of Windsor Premier Bakeries Limited.
