FORMER Health Minister Dr Chitalu Chilufya, former Attorney General Likando Kalaluka SC and six others have pleaded not guilty to the charge of conspiracy to defraud government. Dr Chilufya is jointly charged with former Ministry of Health permanent secretary Mulalelo Kakulubelwa, Kalaluka, Wilson Lungu, Emmanuel Mubanga and three Honeybee directors; Imran Lunat, Zakir Motala and Abdurauf Motala. The eight are jointly charged with one count of conspiracy to defraud contrary to Section 313 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
