NICKSON Chilangwa has asked the Lusaka High Court to dismiss contempt of court proceedings against him and three other senior PF officials for allegedly disregarding an injunction not to hold out in their positions. This is in a matter in which PF presidential aspirant Miles Sampa commenced contempt of court proceedings against four senior party officials for allegedly masquerading as PF leaders. The four senior officials are: party vice-president Given Lubinda, secretary general Chilangwa, information and publicity secretary Rapheal Nakacinda and national chairman Davies Chama.
