THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has ordered Lusaka businessman Harry Findlay to obtain another medical report from the Ministry of Health before a ruling can be made on his application for the release of his passport. The court notes that the medical report that Findlay earlier submitted does not have details on whether the country has no health facilities that can handle his illness. The accused, through his lawyer, said he had a severe heart condition which needed urgent medical attention outside the country. He had, therefore, asked the court to release his passport to enable him to seek medical attention abroad.
