THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has found former deputy Inspector General of Police Charity Katanga with a case to answer in a matter in which she is charged with possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime. In another matter, the court has also found NDC leader Saboi Imboela with a case to answer in the matter in which she is accused of defaming State House Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka. The two have since been placed on their defence. In the first matter, particulars of the offence allege that Charity Masambo Katanga, on dates unknown but between January 1, 2017 and June 6, 2022, in Lusaka, jointly and whilst acting together with other persons unknown, did possess 10 Higer buses...
