THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has found former deputy Inspector General of Police Charity Katanga with a case to answer in a matter in which she is charged with possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime. In another matter, the court has also found NDC leader Saboi Imboela with a case to answer in the matter in which she is accused of defaming State House Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka. The two have since been placed on their defence.
