LUSAKA Magistrate Trevor Kasanda has discharged PF vice-president Given Lubinda in a case in which he was charged with failure to appear before the Parliamentary Committee on Privileges and Absences. The court discharged Lubinda on grounds that the state delayed to take the said matter to court. And Lubinda has dared Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti to cite him again, saying she should calm down as she is not the first one to hold that position.
