THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has granted the temporary release of Lusaka businessman Harry Findlay’s passport to enable him to seek medical attention in South Africa. The court has, however, directed Findlay to ensure that he surrenders the passport to the clerk of court upon his return. This is a matter in which Findlay is facing two counts of holding more than one passport and being in possession of endorsements of forged immigration stamps.
