BIMM Travel Agency & Car Hire Limited has sued the State demanding immediate payment of an outstanding balance of almost K3 million being payment for the purchase of air tickets for Ministry of Health employees in 2012. The travel agency wants the Lusaka High Court to order the Attorney General to also pay it damages for breach of contract, interest on all sums due and costs.
