POLICE yesterday apprehended some people who were part of an angry mob that roughed up a laywer representing MoneyGrow at the High Court grounds. The lawyer, Linus Eyaa, ran for his life as members of the savings group pounced on him when it became clear to them that he was not willing to give them an update concerning the case in which MoneyGrow Savings & Credit Co-operative Society Limited has sued Mauden Shula, a board member, and former chief executive officer, seeking an order that he is not the duly appointed chairperson of the society and should desist from holding himself out as such.
