FORMER justice minister Given Lubinda yesterday appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court where he denied charges of failure to surrender a diplomatic passport and holding more than one passport. Lubinda, who is PF faction vice president pleaded not guilty to the charges before Lusaka Resident Magistrate Kawama Mwamfuli after the counts were read to him.
