THE Lusaka High Court has equally dismissed the petition by nine expelled PF MPs who had sued Miles Sampa, seeking an order to quash his election as party president. Judge Conceptor Zulu has dismissed the matter due to non-compliance with court rules, noting that the nine commenced the proceedings without an accompanying letter of demand. The nine MPs are Ronald Chitotela, Nickson Chilangwa, Emmanuel Musonda, Christopher Kang’ombe, Remember Mutale, Brian Mundubile, Stephen Kampyongo, Mulenga Fube and Mutotwe Kafwaya.
