THE University of Lusaka (UNILUS) has reached a consent judgement with the state in the matter where the institution was demanding an order for summary possession of former president Levy Mwanawasa’s retirement house in Chongwe. The state will now compensate the university with 18 hectares of land along Airport Road in Chongwe, while the university has agreed to withdraw the matter.
